What is yoga?

This also allows them to sleep better and have a lower risk of injury exposure.

What is power yoga?
This type of yoga is one of the forms that follow a vinyasa and vigorous form of yoga style. It is one of the primary forms that allows the resemblance to the Ashtanga. However, it does have a different form that allows freedom to the body as per their desire. The main aim of power yoga is to ensure that the body and soul of an individual are well synchronised along with its different aspects. Also, the person must be per the instructors' consult but can work as per their comfort zone.
Difference between hatha yoga and power yoga
There is a significant difference between power and hatha yoga. They have a completely different approach towards each other and are a completely distinct form of yoga. It helps in a few things, allowing a person to work freely.
- They have a different number of poses and also it has a different manner as per the longer a pose can be held.
- Apart from this, both the yoga forms work on a different aspect of flexibility and strength that help in tending up the link as per the continuous movement.
- The breath and body movement is another difference between both of them that allows them to understand the whole aspect.
